We're looking for a Medical Records Clerk to join our team - someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys a structured routine, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. In this important position, you'll help ensure patient medical records are created, maintained and managed to the highest standards. You'll work with both paper and electronic systems, keeping information flowing smoothly and supporting clinical teams with timely access to vital documents. What You'll Be Doing Creating, updating and maintaining accurate patient medical records. Organising, retrieving and securely delivering records across the service. Filing and storing medical records in line with established systems and schedules. Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance. Supporting daily, emergency and project-based record requests. Carrying out general administrative and clerical tasks to support the wider Medical Records department. This role involves a good level of physical activity and manual handling, as you'll be working with physical files alongside digital systems.
