What you’ll do
You will take ownership of corporate finance assignments, managing projects end to end and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice. You will prepare proposals, reports and presentations, review financial models and provide insight to clients and colleagues.
You will manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong engagement and overseeing the work of junior staff. You will contribute to business development activities by leveraging sector knowledge and external networks, and support new transaction opportunities. Your role will combine technical expertise, commercial judgement and project management to deliver exceptional results.
What you’ll need
• Accountancy qualification such as ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Proven experience in corporate finance or a similar advisory role
• Strong technical compliance and advisory skills
• Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
• Business development experience and networking skills
• Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge, including financial modelling
