An excellent opportunity has arisen for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary setting supporting learners with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
This role requires patience, consistency, and confidence in managing challenging behaviours within a structured educational environment.
Key Duties
1:1 mentoring and classroom support
Implementing behaviour support plans
Supporting emotional regulation strategies
Promoting engagement and academic progress
Due to limited public transport links, applicants should ideally have access to a car.
