Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a leading accountancy practice that is seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing Corporate Tax Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CTA-qualified professional (or equivalent) with strong compliance and advisory expertise to step into a dynamic and rewarding role.
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead the delivery of corporation tax services to a diverse client portfolio and support the development of junior team members. Youll be a key part of the team, providing high-quality advice and helping clients with both compliance and planning needs.
Your key responsibilities will include: Manage the delivery of corporation tax compliance services across a portfolio of clients. Review and sign off corporation tax returns and computations to ensure technical accuracy. Identify tax planning opportunities and risk mitigation strategies for clients. Lead and contribute to corporate tax advisory projects, working closely with clients to deliver practical solutions. Build strong and trusted client relationships, providing high-quality advice and guidance. Mentor, coach, and support junior members of the tax team, encouraging professional growth and development.
To be considered for the role of Corporate Tax Manager, you will have: CTA qualification (or equivalent). Significant experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work within practice. Strong technical knowledge of corporation tax legislation and reporting requirements. A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to deliver practical solutions. Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
