Data Privacy Manager
TalentMark are recruiting for a Data Privacy Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
£41.50 to £49 per hour PAYE or £55-£65 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35).
Data Privacy Manager Role:
1. Visible data privacy compliance presence for the organisation
2. Privacy Risk Management
3. Training and Awareness
4. Data Subject Requests
5. Compliance Monitoring, Controls and Audits
6. Reporting and Documentation
Your Background:
7. Relevant Work Experience: Expert in data privacy.
8. Experience in delivering data privacy compliance frameworks and/or programmes.
9. In depth knowledge of data privacy laws in particular EU GDPR, UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10. Experience of information governance practises and information security management systems (ISO27001).
11. Experience in healthcare sector; NHS or private healthcare is strongly desired.
12. Experience in emerging technologies such as AI and the evolving legislative framework are desirable but not essential.
13. Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or other recognised privacy certification.
