Contract: Full Time and Part Time • Salary: £12.21 Per Hour • Shift Type: Days & Nights Available • Contracted hours: 24 to 48 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and enthusiasm to every moment. You’ll support residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes, always encouraging independence and dignity where possible.
You’ll be a familiar face, a friendly voice, and someone who makes residents feel safe, valued, and at home. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the home to create a warm, safe, and joyful environment where people feel truly cared for.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous experience in care, just a genuine passion for helping others and the willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training, a supportive team, and the confidence to shine in your role.
If you have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, that’s great, but if not, we can help you work towards it. Most importantly, you’ll embody our values of Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, and Inclusivity in everything you do.
