Learning and Development Consultant, 12 month FTC - Leading Professional Body - London with hybrid working - c£52,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Consultant to join one of the UK's leading membership bodies.
Reporting to the Learning & OD Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting thorough learning needs analyses
2. Designing and delivering blended learning interventions and programmes
3. Collaborating effectively with third-party suppliers
4. Evaluating learning initiatives to ensure return on investment
5. Managing the Learning Management System
You should be an experienced Learning and Development Consultant with a proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating blended learning activities. Experience with management development programmes is desirable. A strong understanding of L&D best practices and a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion are essential.
