We’re working in partnership with a pioneering luxury skincare brand, based in London, to recruit a Head of Sales & Export. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to take the next step in their career.
With a strong global presence, the brand is stocked in prestige retailers such as Liberty London, SpaceNK, Sephora, and Nordstrom. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a strategic, commercially-minded sales leader to drive growth and strong partnerships across the UK and EMEA regions. Key responsibilities include...
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and grow sales across assigned markets and channels, with a clear focus on both sell-in and sell-out.
* Set and deliver on ambitious monthly and annual revenue targets.
* Partner with Marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and provide retail partners with engaging, on-brand collateral.
* Build and nurture relationships with key distributors and retailers to fuel brand expansion.
* Proactively manage existing partnerships while identifying opportunities to optimise underperforming accounts.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Contribute to weekly trade meetings, sharing insights, opportunities, and strategic input.
* Support sales operations by generating data reports, analysing customer trends, and managing account needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within the luxury beauty or skincare industry.
* Solid experience managing retail and distribution partnerships with a strong grasp of sell-in and sell-out strategies.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to drive sales and maximise performance.
* Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of targets and performance.
* Deep knowledge of the beauty market and competitor landscape.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder communication.
* Collaborative, positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a London-based role with hybrid working (3 days per week in-office). The team is open to considering experienced Managers or Senior Managers eager to step into a more senior role.
