Part Time Administrator
Are you a proactive and organised individual looking to make a difference in a Head Office setting? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as an Administrator in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham! This temp-to-perm position offers part-time work in a dynamic environment.
Salary: £13- 16 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 21-22 hours per week
Temporary to Permanent, part-time position

What You'll Do:
As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Birmingham team. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Support the implementation and upkeep of ISO : quality standards.
2. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance across the team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
3. Support the preparation of monthly invoicing.
4. Serve as the primary CRM system user, overseeing data input, cleansing, and supporting Business Development initiatives.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers to conduct project audits and compile detailed reports on findings.
6. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment.
7. Monitor and replenish office supplies and refreshments to keep the team well-equipped and energised.
8. Coordinate and minute internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
9. Manage travel bookings and handle incoming calls, ensuring messages are accurately relayed.
10. Assist in planning and delivering office events, while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
12. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
