Selected further training measures such as participation in our Executive Management Academy Other attractive offers: discounted holiday and cultural offers, health promotion measures, annual participation in the companys own success A responsible job in a modern working environment, be it from a home office, on site with customers or at our modern company headquarters in Vienna (AT) What is important in this job You will be taking over both personnel and technical management responsibility for a dynamic team in Austria and will act independently to facilitate employee development Together with the Partner Development Team, you will handle the expansion of new (and the ongoing development of existing) international strategic partnerships for the parcel business and, together with your international team, you will identify new eCommerce trade lanes for our existing and new customers (returns solutions, customs clearance as a service, etc.), as well as optimise logistics concepts with your operational colleagues. You will shoulder responsibility for our international parcel key accounts in the Group and will be responsible for analysing customer requirements, submitting offers, conducting equitable contract negotiations and developing individual eCommerce logistics solutions with (and for) our top international accounts on the basis of individually created process cost accounting (for which you will be supported by our Controlling department). You will also be responsible for the continuous development of our international parcel business including for our subsidiaries in Central and South Eastern Europe and Turkey. Together with your team, you will develop the inbound parcel business with new source countries for Austria and our subsidiaries, take part in international congresses & meetings and acquire new partnerships and alliances at customer and network level. You will be responsible for sales, turnover and profit planning, along with volume forecasts and sales management in your direct team, as well as international sales together with the local sales units. What matters to us Several years of professional and executive management experience in an international environment and in the field of logistics, as well as in international sales and key account management A university degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and/or Marketing & Sales and/or International Trade/E-Commerce (or a comparable degree) Leadership personality characterised by a strong entrepreneurial, results-centric, performance- and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong communication and motivation skills High sense of customer orientation and strong awareness of customer needs and concerns A keen sense of initiative, as well as an analytical, structured and process-orientated way of working with strategic vision Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is not mandatory Relocation to Vienna (AT) is not mandatory, but a high degree of willingness to travel is required Remuneration depends on experience and qualifications, but at least EUR 130,000 (gross annual salary, all-in) plus variable component and long-term incentive programme possible.
