An established and well-regarded claims management business is looking to strengthen its subsidence team with the addition of an experienced Subsidence Handler.

The role
Youll play a key part in managing subsidence claims from initial triage through to progression, supporting both customers and the wider technical team. This is a desk-based role with a strong focus on investigation, communication and accurate decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing and progressing subsidence claims in line with insurer guidelines
2. Conducting initial triage to determine validity and next steps
3. Reviewing policy coverage, terms and conditions
4. Preparing reports within agreed service levels
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records
6. Communicating effectively with customers, insurers and internal stakeholders
