MUST HAVE REPAIRS EXPERIENCE - FULLTIME OFFICE BASED 8-5
Repairs admin:
* Actioning further works and parts reports
* Ordering parts from the parts centre
* Raising purchase orders
* Taking calls from residents regarding further works
* Booking appointments and allocating engineers
* Liaising with other teams and clients
* Repairs inbox / emails from residents clients and managers
