As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Conveyancers, assisting with a busy caseload of sale and purchase transactions. This client-focused position is ideal for a professional and driven individual with previous experience in conveyancing who is eager to take the next step in their legal career.
Key Responsibilities:

* Opening new files and entering instructions into the Case Management system, generating relevant letters and documents
\t
* Keeping the Case Management system updated throughout the transaction
\t
* Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting with replies to enquiries
\t
* Ordering property searches
\t
* Handling exchanges and associated paperwork
\t
* Setting up completions
\t
* Preparing and issuing mortgage reports to clients
What You’ll Need:

* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant is essential
