Cooking, cleaning, food shopping and normal routines are part of what we do, but we also have plenty of time for days out, laughter and holidays As a deputy manager, the role will be a hybrid between on shift doing direct work with the children, and admin hours to support the registered manager of the home. Your responsibilities will be to support the children day to day, support with team members supervisions, on call duties, supporting with management oversight of the home, as well as helping to maintain and update quality assurance documents.

What can we do for you

"This is not just another care job; this is a career"

We are passionate about developing our own team members and future managers, and we feel that development pathways and the amazing and ongoing career opportunities in this industry are often overlooked.
