Location: Grimsby, DN41
Salary: £37,000 + company vehicle + uncapped commission – OTE £80K+
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday 8.30am‑5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell a wide range of premium brand trucks to both new and existing business clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise sales potential.
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives for potential customers.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful vehicle handover.
* Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide diligent aftersales support.
* Exhibit excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience selling heavy commercial vehicles/trucks with strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
* Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment.
* HGV licence – an advantage but not essential.
* Understanding of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
* Full and clean driving licence.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
