TIDE, part of the Anglian Water Group, supports a portfolio of innovative businesses operating in dynamic markets. We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to play a key role in maintaining reliable, high-performing technology across our sites.
In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, leading the help desk function and ensuring our network systems run efficiently and effectively. You'll be a vital link in keeping the business connected, providing hands-on support and resolving technical issues.
You'll also manage asset registers and support the testing and rollout of new applications and systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT services.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and applications, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day technical issues across the business. You'll manage the IT and application helpdesk, ensuring users receive timely support, issues are resolved or escalated appropriately, and performance is effectively monitored and communicated.
