What they need from you:
7. Real passion about a long-term career within the industry.
8. Industry qualifications - Cert CII (Or a full commitment to obtaining qualifications)
9. Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry with reference to Commercial insurance.
10. Ability to provide a responsive first-class service to clients.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication and administration skills.
12. Ability to organise workflow, prioritising tasks and managing own time.
13. Confident user of technology and software e.g. MS Office and Outlook.
14. Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
15. Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules.
16. Competent user of insurance client system; Acturis an advantage.
