A leading Japanese Financial Company in the City is looking for a Japanese speaking accounts assistant.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
* Responsible for purchase invoices including coding.
* Processing bank loan related transaction.
* Processing cash management transfer and Bank Reconciliation.
* Processing expense claim.
* Responsible for credit card payments ensuring all evidence is provided.
* Process intercompany loan. (Distribute monthly schedule of loan, issue the credit advice, follow up interest payment.)
* Administration of contract (filing and gathering figures) and follow internal approval procedure.
* General assistance in the finance team and ad hoc duties as required
