About the Role: As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be a key player in creating a safe, enriching space where children aged 0-4 can explore, learn, and thrive. With our commitment to outdoor learning and a forest school approach, your role will support childrens development through play, positive interaction, and meaningful activities. Responsibilities: To lead the planning of the curriculum using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance and maintain accurate and effective childrens records. To lead the room in implementing an effective daily routine. Work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members. To actively participate in team meetings, supervisions and appraisals. To oversee cleaning rotas and ensure rooms and garden are clean and tidy at all times. To support and train apprentice educators. To ensure that adequate records are kept and updated regularly. To promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers. Able to open and close the setting. Complete Risk assessments in the morning.
