Dispatch Operatives – Window & Door Fabrication
📍 Location: Bolton
💰 Salary: Starting at £23,500 per year + Overtime Opportunities
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1200 – 2100
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bolton, a well-established company with over 25 years of experience. As one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing window and door fabricators, they supply to a wide network of wholesale clients and the new-build housing sector.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with in the dispatch area and require dipatch operatives.
About the Dispatch Operative Role:
As a Dispatch Operative, you will play a key role in the in bound and outbound products such as windows and doors. You will be working with raw materials and loading and unloding of vans and wagons.Primarily delivering to construction sites and wholesale industries.
Dispatch Operative Key Responsibilities:

Loading vans and wagons with windows and doors safely ready for delivery.
*
Unloading vehicles of raw materials to ensure production run smoothly and efficiently.
*
Handling materials and maintaining a clean working environment
*
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
*
Ensuring quality control standards are met
What We’re Looking For in a Dispatch Operative:
*
Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable
*
Experience using power tools or running large machines is beneficial, but not essential
*
Strong work ethic and reliability
*
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
*
FLT licence is desirable but not essential
*
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting tasks
