Summary
We're looking for a reliable and detail–oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support the day–to–day running of our online store. This hands–on role involves packing customer orders, processing stock deliveries, and assisting with general e-commerce and stock-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
* Accurately pick, pack and dispatch online orders
* Receive and process stock deliveries
* Maintain organised stockroom and packing areas
* Assist with product uploads, labelling and inventory checks
* Support wider ecommerce tasks as required
* Assist customers on the shop floor when required
* Other tasks as required
Working Hours
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 9.30am to 12.30pm
* Every other Saturday – 9.30am to 12.30pm
* Some flexibility is needed to support seasonal demand or cover absences
Ideal Candidate:
* Organised, punctual and proactive
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
* Physically fit and able to manage stock handling
* Basic computer literacy preferred
* Previous retail or e-commerce experience is beneficial but not essential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
