Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming customer calls and email enquiries within agreed KPI timeframes.
* Handle verbal and written complaints professionally and promptly.
* Manage follow-up calls based on email or online form submissions.
* Support all after-sales, warranty, and service-related queries.
* Escalate issues to relevant internal teams when required.
* Log and update customer information and order details accurately.
* Track and process new orders, replacements, and refunds.
* Process payments and handle basic sales enquiries.
* Check product/service availability, pricing, and order status.
* Complete general customer service administration as needed.
