* Coordinate sponsor requirements, load-in plans and pass allocations.
* Support sponsor communication before, during and after the show.
Event Operations
* Help organise immersive zones, content areas, Main Stage and Kids Zone programming.
* Coordinate staff schedules, setup teams and event-day personnel.
* Work with the venue on layouts, screens, steward briefs and operational plans.
* Assist with talent arrangements for sports guests and TCG signings.
Artwork & Branding
* Brief and manage artwork for wristbands, lanyards, signage, and event visuals.
* Coordinate printing, delivery timelines and venue artwork requirements.
Goodie Bags
* Liaise with sponsors for inserts.
* Manage artwork, print production and onsite packing.
Show Setup (Main Event)
* Prepare full setup plans, installation schedules and team assignments.
* Oversee installation of immersive elements and event branding.
* Support display case setup and final placement.
* Confirm staff schedules (LCS & contracted crews).
* Ensure sponsor load-in runs smoothly and passes are distributed efficiently.
* Act as part of the on-site operations team ensuring the show is ready for opening.
Excel Show Support
* Assist with sponsor relations for the Excel sho
* Support the management and updating of CAD plans and floorplans.
* Liaise with the wider ops team to ensure smooth planning and delivery.
