The Telesales Exec will work closely with the Unit Manager of a well-known charity that provides apprenticeship training to sell a new area of training for the electrical industry. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and has a professional yet bubbly personality. Experience is NOT essential - you need a good telephone manner, good admin skills and lots of enthusiasm.
Telesales Exec, the job:
This is a small team, and you will be involved in all aspects of telesales including:
Calling electrical contractors UK wide, from small sole traders to large main contractors.
Some of these companies will be new and the aim of these calls is to understand their training needs and to highlight the training packages available.
Some of these companies will be current customers and you will be highlighting the new electrical training course available including the 18th edition.
You will also respond to all incoming calls and ensure all admin is completed accurately and efficiently.
Each week, you will meet and greet the trainees and document ID securely in line with GDPR.
Telesales Exec, requirements:
Experienced telesales execs are welcome to apply, but experience is not essential.
You must not be afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people.
You must be professional yet bubbly personality and be able to build relationships.
Excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, good admin skills and lots of enthusiasm.

Salary: £24-26k doe for a 37.5 hr working week
Working week: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
