About the role - DFYNE Your Career
First off, it's best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it's not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it's important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. I'm not going to lie to you, it's a no bull$hit environment, and its bloody hard work every day We're all up against the clock (orders go out by 4pm) and numbers of orders we're picking and packing is going up every day. But if you're the kind of person that loves going home every day knowing that you've smashed KPI's and gone all out to make sure our lovely customers get their orders on time, every time then you're gonna do well here If you're negative, always complaining, and you don't want to do everything in the warehouse, you're probably not going to last long.
Good to know: In the very near future we will be moving to a shift system of early/late (for example 6am-2pm & 2pm - 10pm) we're still working out what the exact times will look like, but highly likely shifts will be around these patterns, and will be 5 days over 7, to include weekend working.
