Key Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing shift team. * Ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery. * Uphold GMP and Lean Manufacturing standards. * Drive a proactive approach to Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance. * Mentor and support employee growth and development. * Complete and review batch documentation accurately. * Apply technical knowledge to optimise processes and resolve issues.
