2nd Line IT Support Technician

The Role
The role available is hybrid split between London client sites as a Field Engineer (3 days) & home working on the service desk (2 days). This position is ideal for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and wants a varied, fast paced role. Due to the field nature of this position, a Full UK Driving License is required as there may be sites which aren't easily commutable by public transport.
The ideal individual
* 2+ years MSP, ISP or Consultancy experience, supporting multiple customers.
* Confident working with Azure & M365 including Intune, AutoPilot, Entra ID & more.
* Basic network troubleshooting
* Experience with both cloud-based solutions and on-prem servers and storage to a basic level
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Comfortable working with MSP tools such as Halo/Ninja/Huntress
* A valid UK driving license and a willing to travel.
* Industry-recognised certs desirable, especially AZ/MS.
