Night Porter, Hotel du Vin Stratford
The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
* Take responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department during the night shift.
* Welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
* Ensure public areas are kept immaculate, cleaning and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
* Assist guests with luggage, deal with enquiries and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
* Be an organised, excellent communicator.
* Experience working in a similar role is beneficial; night shift experience is essential.
* Work seven days a week throughout the year; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
