If you're an experienced Learning & Development specialist with a deep understanding of the recruitment or sales environment, this role offers the chance to make a strategic impact in a fast-scaling, people-centric organisation. We’re searching for an experienced L&D Partner to elevate our learning culture and deliver world-class development programmes for consultants at all levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design & Deliver Development Programmes: Create advanced training for consultants at all levels, from trainees to senior consultants, with a focus on sales excellence, highperformance habits, and leadership capability.
* Lead Global L&D Initiatives: Build consistent learning frameworks across regions and support managers with structured development tools.
* Embed a Coaching Culture: Provide 1:1 coaching, tailored reviews, and live call coaching to drive behavioural change.
* Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted interventions.
* DataLed Performance Insight: Use KPIs, performance trends, and behavioural data to shape programmes and measure impact.
* Enhance Learning Content: Create digital learning assets, playbooks, competency frameworks, and practical toolkits that elevate our consultant experience.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Iterate programmes based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business goals.

* Solid experience in L&D within recruitment or sales-driven environments
* Strong track record designing and delivering high-impact training and coaching
* A consultative, credible style plus the ability to influence at all levels
* A passion for developing people and enabling performance
* A data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, ambitious, collaborative culture
