The Administrative & Quality Coordinator supports office administration and quality operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and compliance with food safety and quality standards
Quality & Food Safety
* Support the Quality Department and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS – BRCGS).
* Monitor HACCP / CCP checks, internal audits, and traceability exercises.
* Manage non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintain quality and regulatory documentation.
* Coordinate quality induction training for staff.
* Communicate daily with Operations on quality issues and improvements.
* Monitor fridge/freezer temperatures and report food safety concerns.
Administration & Office Support
* Support daily office administration and maintain accurate records.
* Handle calls, correspondence, data entry, and filing.
* Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Support the sales team (retail market) with administrative tasks.
* Assist with scheduling, meetings, and basic financial data entry.
* Ensure office supplies and an organized work environment.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Follow health, safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
* Contribute to a safe, hygienic, and compliant workplace.
* Report hazards, incidents, or non-compliance to management.
