We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Service Advisor / Workshop Planner.
Rate of pay £30,000 per annum.
Key responsibilities:
· Take bookings and arrange appointments for customers.
· Communicate with Workshop Manager to balance workload vs. workshop capacity.
· Prepare job cards and maintain detailed records of each service visit.
· Assist in planning work and record keeping on own fleet of vehicles.
· Update customers on progress made with their vehicle and explain any issues / additional work required.
· Prepare customer invoices ready for payment.
· Handle customer concerns and address complaints.
· Assist in areas of DVSA test lane and site H&S compliance / record keeping.

What You’ll Need:
· Ideally you will have customer facing experience in an automotive service environment
· A team play with excellent all-round communication skills
· You will be a customer centric person.
· Basic knowledge of vehicles and their operation
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
· Proficient IT skills for data entry and record keeping
· Fluent in both written and spoken English
· Hold a driving licence
