Uncapped commission (OTE £85,000–£100,000 Per Annum) Who we are looking We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established, multi-site clinical team. This is a primarily clinic-based role offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality audiological care within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will take full ownership of the patient journey, from initial assessment through to fitting and long-term aftercare, working closely with optical colleagues and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing. Perform ear examinations and ear health checks. Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, and programming. Deliver ongoing aftercare, servicing, and patient rehabilitation. Carry out microsuction wax removal (training provided if required). Manage clinic diaries and appointment schedules. Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation. Liaise with hearing aid manufacturers and suppliers. Support stock management and equipment maintenance.
