Our client is a Guernsey trust company owned by a global financial services provider. On their behalf we are looking for someone to fill the position of financial crime manager. This is the most senior position of a small number of financial crime analysts based in Guernsey. You will be main point of contact linking this team with all the company’s other business units. A number of years in a similar leadership role in a risk, CDD, compliance role in financial services will be expected along with a recognized professional qualification such as ICA diploma. The successful candidate will be expected to provide coaching, performance management, and technical guidance.
