Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic programs across the life sciences value chain. This role drives projects from planning to delivery, ensures compliance in regulated environments, and delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of projects, align with strategic goals, and establish governance frameworks.
* Plan, execute, and monitor projects with clear scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Manage financials, optimize resources, and track ROI and performance metrics.
* Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
* Lead change management, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Mentor and develop teams of Project Managers and Business Process Analysts.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* PMP certified; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
* 7+ years of project/program management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes and ERP systems (SAP/Workday).
* Experience in regulated environments (GxP, GMP) and digital/analytics initiatives.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
