Job Description
Our client is a privately owned B2B services business that is experiencing positive year on year growth of both of revenue and EBITDA. The Group CFO is building a best in class, business facing finance team and would like to recruit a strong Financial Controller to report into the Group Financial Controller.
Duties will include:
1. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in line with UK GAAP. Manage financial close and reporting calendars.
2. Help to embed robust accounting practices, reconciliations, and audit readiness across the group.
3. Support the Group Financial Controller and external auditors to ensure the successful timely completion of audits, tax compliance and planning strategies.
4. Ensure compliance with internal transfer pricing policies by preparing and implementing relevant documentation and intercompany pricing models.
5. Prepare timely management accounts with insightful commentary.
6. Manage group-wide budgeting, including KPI setting, cost centre alignment, and forecasting.
7. Implement long-term planning strategy in collaboration with the Group Financial Controller and Group CFO.
8. Manage KPIs across subsidiaries, including working capital and inventory.
