What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Oversee and control all stock processing activities, ensuring accurate recording and documentation
* Act as the primary contact for all inventory-related queries and communications
* Maintain and enhance the inventory reporting suite to ensure timely and accurate reporting
* Communicate stock accuracy issues to relevant stakeholders and ensure resolution
* Apply technical knowledge to support an efficient and effective inventory control team
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; WMS experience is a plus
* Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
* Customer-facing experience and a proactive, self-motivated approach
