Job Title: Event Producer (In a creative agency driven by love)
Job Level: Mid-level
Reports To: The owners / Head of Production
Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 3 days a week in central Leeds, Mon/Fri remote)
Salary: Circa £30,000 to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role in a Nutshell
As the Event Producer, you’ll be front and centre – juggling budgets, briefs, suppliers ️, and smashing on-site event delivery. You’ll be one of the key people turning ideas into unforgettable experiences that wow the agency’s clients .
Key Objectives
Embody and live company values in everything you do
Deliver excellent client servicing with great stakeholder feedback
Manage budgets confidently to hit 40%+ margins
Procure suppliers accurately and on time
Ensure all documentation (event bibles, H&S, working docs) is accurate and up-to-date
Share key info clearly with the wider team
️ Key Responsibilities
Project Management ️
Manage budgets, timelines and client-facing documents
Deliver events safely and smoothly, with full H&S delivery on-site
Production
Support supplier management for builds and AV, ensuring budget alignment
Client Relationships
Build supportive, trust-based relationships that make clients come back for more
Pitches
Be part of pitch kick-offs – researching and crafting bold ideas that stand out
Creative
Support the creative team with clear briefs
Make sure everything is signed off, proofed and ready to impress
On-site Support
Be right there on-site, supporting through build, live delivery and de-rig
Make sure the client feels totally looked after
Communication
Keep documentation tight, timely and shared – including reports, timelines & crew details
Event Operations
Handle logistics like a pro: travel, accommodation, haulage – it’s all on you
Task Lists
Keep the team in sync by updating project tasks for daily stand-ups
Sustainability
Lead with purpose – choose greener options, reuse materials, reduce waste ️
Is It You We’re Looking For?
Relevant qualification + 3+ years experience in events or production
Obsessed with detail and loves a process
