We’re looking for someone who brings fresh thinking, strong leadership, and real-world experience in improving production environments, team culture, and operational efficiency with the key objective to elevate the production environment to the next stage, with full staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Manager
* Manage and oversee the running of the factory floor, whilst working with department heads to ensure each team is operating to standards.
* Making clear process improvements and scalable processes.
* Bring fresh ideas around workflow, resourcing, and operational efficiency.
* Deliver real, measurable impact on productivity and business performance.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance, maintaining robust procedures.
* Comfortable supporting multiple departments without direct line management responsibility, reporting directly into the MD.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience running/managing a factory or production environment.
* Experience managing environments that include production and storage.
* Proven track record implementing improvements and managing people through change.
* Strong delegation skills, through coaching, mentoring and clear communication.
* Commercially minded with strong awareness of costs, people, and efficiencies.
* Understand HR policies and procedures.
* Exposure to businesses sized 50–400 employees.
