highly skilled finance professional educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, and either fully or part-qualified with a CCAB (ACCA or CIMA) accountancy body. You will bring substantial experience in financial management within a complex and fast-paced environment, along with strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively with external stakeholders are essential for upholding departmental interests and meeting key deliverables. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, are required. Knowledge of UK research grant award systems and a working knowledge of Oracle Financials would be advantageous.
