Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned maintenance across production departments to ensure machinery operates to OEM standards. Respond to occasional breakdowns with effective fault diagnosis and repair. Perform electrical fault finding, testing, and system repairs. Champion health, safety, and environmental standards in all tasks. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor apprentices and support team development. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors and hydraulic systems. Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
