Senior UI/UX Product Designer for AI CRM SaaS (Startup)

We are building a next-generation AI-powered CRM and business operating system.
This is not a simple CRM.
It is an AI platform that will automate sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR and client communication for companies worldwide.
Our goal is to build a global AI company and scale this product internationally.
We are looking for a strong Senior Product (UI/UX) Designer who has experience designing SaaS systems, dashboards or CRM platforms.

Design a premium, modern, world-class interface similar to:
Stripe
Notion
Linear
HubSpot
Apple-level UX
You will design the full system interface for an AI CRM platform.

What needs to be designed
Full web SaaS system:
• Main dashboard (AI insights, KPI, analytics)
• Sales CRM pipeline and deal pages
• Product/order configuration and pricing system
• Production & order tracking
• Finance dashboard (profit, expenses, cashflow)
• AI assistant panels inside system
• Documents and contracts
• Employee & KPI system
• Marketing & content module
• Settings & integrations
• Mobile-friendly version
This is a long-term project.
We are building a serious startup product, not just a prototype.

• Strong experience in SaaS / CRM / dashboard design
• Senior-level Figma skills
• Experience building design systems
• Product thinking (not only UI)
• Clean modern premium style
• Understanding of AI or data interfaces is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience with fintech, CRM or AI tools.
