Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a UK market business plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
* Identify, onboard, and manage key partners including system integrators, distributors, and strategic accounts
* Expand business opportunities through existing network and new channel development
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and decision-makers
* Represent Uniview at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Educate partners and end users on CCTV and AIoT solutions
* Align and coordinate initiatives with appropriate partners
* Work closely with the Country Manager on quarterly business planning
* Track, monitor, and report KPIs and business performance
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering or related background preferred)
* 3+ years experience in BDM / sales within CCTV, video surveillance, or security industry
* Solid understanding of system integrators, distributors, and project-based sales
* Strong communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders
* Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
* Valid driving license is prefered
* Self-driven, result-oriented, and independent working style
