Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality Business lessons across KS4–KS5
• Teach GCSE Business and contribute to A-Level Business Studies curriculum

• Use assessment data to monitor progress and provide targeted intervention
• Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities, and enterprise initiatives
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour, academic performance, and student engagement
• Participate in department meetings, CPD, and wider school activities

About You
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4–KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Business education
