Touring Warden - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire The team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a Touring Park Warden to assist the Park Manager in the operation and upkeep of the touring areas, including the grounds and facility buildings. Our aim, to deliver the highest standards and very best guest experience to all park visitors. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall touring experience for visitors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent guest experience. Maintaining the cleanliness of the touring area & facility buildings. Assisting guests when they check-in and provide assistance where required. Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Develop and maintain a strong relationship with seasonal pitch holders. To undertake pitch audits, reporting any repairs required or health & safety concerns.
