We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As we grow, we're looking for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to help tell our story, engage audiences, and support our marketing goals.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support the planning, delivery, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and inquiries. Your focus will include managing social media, content creation, website updates, email campaigns, and paid advertising support.
You will lead the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, collaborating with the Marketing Team and leveraging internal support.
This role requires travel to our locations as needed.

What you'll be doing:
Our residents deserve something 'Extra Special, Every Day'. Your role includes:
* Building relationships with stakeholders to create engaging digital content for social media
* Supporting the planning, delivery, and optimization of digital campaigns
* Monitoring performance using data tracking tools
* Creating relevant content aligned with branding guidelines
* Supporting social media training and monitoring for our homes
* Ensuring content compliance with standards and regulations
* Developing communication campaigns to support our strategy and drive referrals

Could you be part of our team?
The successful candidate will:
* Hold CIM qualifications or a marketing degree
* Have experience in a multi-functional marketing role, preferably within healthcare or social care
* Be knowledgeable about social media, CMS, and email marketing tools
* Proficient in Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools
* Possess excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Be driven, proactive, flexible, and a self-starter
* Be able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
