* Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resellers, managing cases via phone and email
* Own and coordinate engineer visits, scheduling work, confirming details, and ensuring job readiness
* Manage chargeable jobs end-to-end, including quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment
* Review engineer reports and follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Requirements
1. Experience in a customer service, support, or coordination role within a technical environment
