Fulfilment Manager
* Annual Salary: Up to £36,000
* Location: KT, London
* Job Type: Full-time, In-office
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Provision customer solutions and manage Business As Usual (BAU) customer requests.
* Liaise with partners on orders and support the sales team by providing insights into product capabilities and value.
* Handle service setup for both standard and non-standard services, including provisioning of new and existing products.
* Pack and ship completed orders and project manage small projects.
* Test new products and services before they are introduced to the portfolio.
* Perform various ad hoc duties and assist across other areas of the operations department as needed.
Senior duties:
* Mentor and train new staff, ensuring they are well-versed in fulfilment processes.
* Assist the team lead with process improvement and documentation development.
* Manage larger projects for the fulfilment team and ensure a fair distribution of work among team members.
* Continuously liaise with other departments to evolve systems and processes to better support the fulfilment team's needs.

Required skills & qualifications:
* Experience in a service provider environment is advantageous, particularly within telecoms network settings.
* Strong project and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Confidence to work autonomously and interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Technical ability.
* Ability to assist the team in onboarding new clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
