Job Opportunity: Project Manager for National Innovation Projects

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage national innovation projects within the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway. The successful candidate will collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across national and territorial boards, applying strong project management skills and communicating a clear vision for change on a Once for Scotland basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project management of national innovation initiatives
2. Engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
3. Driving safe, effective, and person-centred improvements in care
4. Managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities within a political and fast-paced environment
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Deep understanding of project management and improvement methodologies
* Proven expertise in practical application of these methodologies
* Ability to work effectively within a political context and manage multiple priorities
