About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, which can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious London-based club and collaborate closely with the Managing Director to attract and develop industry-leading talent in health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
* Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
* Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry platforms, to build a strong talent pipeline.
* Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives that reflect our culture and values.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies continually.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.

About you:

* Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
* Ability to develop and execute strategies that attract high-calibre candidates.
* Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
* Skilled in sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing recruitment processes.
* Passionate about people and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
