Leading, coaching, and supporting a dedicated team of Sales Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets
Driving high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and adherence to best practices
Developing and executing effective sales campaigns and events that generate strong commercial results
Monitoring market trends and customer needs to formulate targeted sales strategies
Collaborating with departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data management
Leading by example and embodying the dealership’s brand standards as a Business Manager
Maintaining compliance with company policies while maintaining a high standard of customer relationsRequirements:
Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved dealership, preferably with exposure to busy automotive brands
Experience leading and motivating teams within small to medium-sized dealerships in the role of Business Manager or similar
Strong background in Financial & Insurance Sales (F&I) will be highly advantageous
Recent or current experience in a sales management position as a Business Manager
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
